SIGNATURE CUISINE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Our restaurant is the best example of the values and the style of the Rural Hotel. The old wine cellar of the mansion, with the highest ceilings of all of the Balearic Islands (8.70 meters), has been turned into a high-quality signature restaurant, while preserving the decoration and the atmosphere of the past. Here we serve a Tasting Menu that changes weekly in keeping with the philosophy of innovation set by our chefs, sons of the owners of the villa. The restaurant is also famous for our private collection of Spanish and Balearic wines, highlighting our own Natiu finca Sa Torre.

PEDRO LÓPEZ-PINTO IVARS

Pedro, the oldest son of the López-Pinto family, is in charge of running the Restaurant and the Winery set in the old cellar. Here he has put in practice all his knowledge acquired the UIB Escuela de Hostelería and at the Barcelona Escuela de Restauración y Hostelería (catering schools of the Balearic Islands and Barcelona). He is also experienced in viticulture, working in the wine production and vineyards of the villa.

VICTORIANO LÓPEZ-PINTO / CARME JUBANY SOLDEVILA

This young couple of chefs, the youngest of the López-Pinto family and his partner, are the chefs in charge of good performance in the kitchens. Victoriano studied at the Sant Pol de Mar Escuela de Hostelería and, afterwards, both him and Carme, furthered their training at the prestigious Barcelona May Hofmann School, studying a Master’s degree in baking and pastry arts.
