Pedro
López-Pinto Ivars

Pedro, the oldest son of the family,
is in charge of the Celler and of the
Winecellar, areas where he puts
into practice all the knowledge that
he acquired in the School of
Hotel Management of the UIB and
in the School of Restaurant and
Hotel Management of Barcelona.
He complements his daily tasks
with those of winegrowing.

Carme Jubany Soldevila

This young couple of Chefs is
composed by the younger son of
the family and his companion;
they are the chefs in charge of
the kitchen.
Victoriano studied in the
School of Hotel Management of
"Sant Pol de Mar" for three years.
Later, together with Carme,
perfected his knowledge in the
prestigious Hoffman School of
Hotel Management in Barcelona,
for three additional years where
he also received a Master in Pastry.
